Chief Financial Officer background and skills

You have extensive experience of working with SMEs or mid-caps (turnover €50-400m), particularly in the context of LBOs or crisis situations.

You have already encountered challenges related to cash flow management and cash optimization: cash flow projections and, when necessary, setting up financing solutions in constrained environments.

Where applicable, you have expertise in debt renegotiation and a comprehensive understanding of the complexities linked to complying with annual banking commitments.

You have successfully overseen the implementation of key performance indicators for investment funds, involving tasks such as performance monitoring, drawing up detailed forecasts and reporting on business activities. These endeavors rely on flawless accounting and robust management control.
