As an expert in the industrial and/or distribution supply chain, you have defined, organized, implemented and managed the supply chain strategy for industrial entities, from raw materials procurement to customer delivery (upstream/downstream flow management).
You have supervised, coordinated and led procurement, supply and distribution teams (logistics platforms, warehousing, transport). You have established and optimized the tools needed to achieve profitability objectives (costs and production time reduction) and customer satisfaction.
You have worked in a variety of areas (plants, multi-sites, corporate) in France and/or internationally, within organizations undergoing significant changes in growth or restructuring contexts.
Strengths of an executive interim Supply Chain Director
• Expertise in operations planning: S&OP, PdP, Scheduling
• Mastery and implementation of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.
