Graduated from ESCP in 1992, Pierre-Olivier Gisserot brings nearly three decades of extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer gained within major compagnies across various sectors.
His career, which began at Arthur Andersen, has seen significant contributions at renowned firms such as BIC, Alstom, and most recently, Prodways Group and Inherent Group. Possessing dual financial and operational expertise, Pierre-Olivier Gisserot has played a key role in strategic operations including acquisitions, IPOs, and shareholders transitions.
At BIC, Pierre-Olivier Gisserot held pivotal positions, notably as the CFO of BIC Graphic Europe and its French subsidiaries. As the General Manager of Turbines Services at Alstom, he demonstrated his ability to steer intricate business units. Most recently, he played a key role in the growth and operational success of Prodways Group and Inherent Group.
His appointment comes at a crucial juncture for Valtus, as the firm strengthens its executive team and enhances its position as a preferred partner for companies in transformation phases. His distinguished career trajectory promises to be a significant asset in driving Valtus’ growth and success in the executive interim management market.
